Vinesh Phogat Slams WFI After Asian Games Trial Exit

Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat strongly criticised the Wrestling Federation of India after failing to qualify for the 2026 Asian Games. Following her 4-6 semifinal loss to Meenakshi Goyat in the 53kg trials, Phogat alleged WFI officials celebrated her defeat and wanted her career to end. Despite the setback, she vowed to return stronger and continue fighting.
